屬性要夠完整

要用標準來著錄描述的資料 (國際:主觀) ex. ISBD

描述有很多層次 我們都引國圖的資料

ex. 輔大、九個檢索項

不見得每個item都適用這些檢索點

controlled ex. 天主教輔仁大學

uncontrolled ex. 輔仁大學

authorized 權威

5.2 如何選擇檢索項

works and expressions (controlled) embodied in the resource,
the title of the manifestation (usually uncontrolled)

團體成為檢索項的先決條件

responsible for the content of the work

通常一個書目資料在人工時代

檢索項 || 書名、作者、主題、分類

不要複製一份，用連結

確保能獲得修正/更新後的資料

5.3 權威的檢索點

要有標準，注意語言、文字

5.3.2.1 manifestations of the work expressed in the original language and script;

中國有機構 針對重要人名地名 有標準翻譯表 ex.川普 特朗普

preferred 首選

編目規則隨時在變 看當時規定

5.3.3 consistent manner 用相同的方法選擇

5.3.4.1 a person consists of several words (一個人名好幾個字) 尊重原本

第6大點要背好喔 中+英，可用自己方式

學個一個外語最低底線是要會查字典

BT = Broader term; 比大
NT = Narrower term; 比小
